Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how the Flex subscription free trial, cancellations, plan changes, and refunds work. It applies to your Flex subscription (what your business pays Flex), and is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

  • New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial with full access.
  • A payment method is collected up front. You are not charged during the trial.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged and access continues until the trial date.
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically on the plan you selected when the trial ends.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. It is reversible until it takes effect.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period; you keep access for what you have already paid.

Upgrades & downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period.
  • Downgrades take effect at your next renewal; you keep your current plan until then. No refund or credit is issued for the difference.

Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@flexonline.net within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

What happens to your data and site after cancellation

  • When your subscription ends, your site is unpublished and access is suspended.
  • We retain your data and your subdomain/custom domain for a 30-day grace period so you can reactivate by re-subscribing with everything intact.
  • After the grace period, your subdomain may be released for reuse and your data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before then.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are billed under a separate agreement; the terms of that agreement control over this policy.
